Frank Kremer, Jr.

Frank Kremer serves as Chief Counsel for the Civil Team at Student Legal Services. In this role, Frank leads efforts to assist students with a range of legal issues, including landlord-tenant matters, dissolutions, consumer rights, car and insurance disputes, and estate planning. He is committed to helping students find both legal and practical solutions to the challenges they face.

Frank frequently collaborates with Ohio State's Off-Campus and Commuter Student Engagement Office to develop strategies and initiatives that improve students’ off-campus living experiences. He also regularly delivers presentations and participates in interviews with Ohio State departments and organizations to educate them about legal issues and ensure that students and campus partners understand how SLS can support them.

A graduate of Capital University Law School, Frank is licensed to practice in all Ohio courts and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Prior to joining SLS, he spent nine years as an attorney with a general practice law firm in Columbus. Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth football, and playing golf.
