Paul G. Wilkins

As SLS's Senior Staff Attorney, in addition to advising and representing students, Paul Wilkins mentors Student Legal Services law clerks.  Paul also serves as lead liaison to the Office of Veteran and Military Students and maintains SLS's relationships with Legal Aid Society, community organizations and other legal services organizations. 

Paul is a graduate of The Ohio State University and Ohio States’s Moritz College of Law and is an experienced litigator and appellate advocate. He has been associated with Ohio State for nearly 40 years and has been helping students navigate their legal issues for 20 years. Paul has dedicated his career to serving people who could not afford an attorney and has worked at the Equal Justice Foundation and the Coalition on Homelessness and Housing in Ohio. 

When he isn’t working, Paul enjoys hiking with friends and his dogs, carpentry, working on his farm and curling at the Columbus Curling Club.
